Ingredients:
Sprouted flax seeds 150 g.
Sunflower seeds 50 g.
White sesame 50 g.
Cooking method:
- Pour flax seeds into a blender bowl.
- Add sunflower seeds to flax seeds.
- Add white sesame seeds to the rest of the ingredients.
- Whisk with a blender until smooth. The pate is ready. You can spread it on slices of rye bread or lean crispbread and serve.
Flax sprouts contain a lot of phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, and in terms of the amount of calcium they are comparable to sesame seeds, they contain vitamins E, K, F, B1, folic acid, carotene.
