Creamy chicken sausages

Chicken breast 500 g.
Cream 10% 100 ml
Onion 2 pcs.
Egg 1 pc.
Walnuts 30 g.
Refined olive oil 2 tbsp.
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Ground black pepper ½ tsp.
Sea salt 2/3 tsp

Cooking method:

  1. Finely chop the onion and sauté in butter until soft.
  2. Grind the chicken breast, onion, and nuts in a meat grinder. Add cream.
  3. Add salt, spices, and egg. Mix everything well until smooth.
  4. Take a roasting sleeve, cut it open and place the minced meat in the middle.
  5. Fold the sleeve in half, tuck one part of the foil under the minced meat and wrap it in a roll. Tie around the edges, then divide into sausages.
  6. Boil the sausages for 10 minutes after boiling. You also can bake them (for grilling need to get rid of the roasting sleeve. Serve with vegetables.
