Ingredients:

Oat flakes 30 g.
Honey 2 tbsp
Sunflower seeds 10 g.
Hazelnuts 10 g.
Cashews 15 g.
Walnuts 10 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Turn nuts and seeds into small crumbs.
  2. Preheat a / p frying pan. Layout the oatmeal. And fry until golden brown, but not burnt.
  3. Add nuts, mix thoroughly.
  4. Add honey, stir again.
  5. Prepare cling film, lay out the mixture, and quickly roll or fold. The mass must be dense. Refrigerate until hardened for 4 hours.
  6. Get the kozinak. Slice. Done.
