Carob coconut chocolate candies

Coconut oil 50 g.
Carob 50 g.
Coconut flakes 50 g.
Stevia to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a water bath.
  2. Add carob, shavings, and sweetener to taste.
  3. Stir thoroughly, but the resulting mass put in molds and refrigerate for half an hour.
  4. Carefully remove the chocolate from the molds and transfer it to a bowl.

The resulting sweets are tasty and healthy, but you should not get carried away with them, since, although they are correct, they are quite high in calories.

And most importantly, keep such chocolate in the refrigerator so that it does not melt.
