Ingredients:

Egg 1 pc.
Sayre 200 g.
Olives 100 g.
Seaweed leaves 3 pcs.

Cooking method:

  1. Remove the saury from the jar, pour out the excess juice and remove the bones.
  2. Slice the olives.
  3. Boil an egg.
  4. Mash the egg, saury, and olives with a fork, stir and add spices as desired.
  5. Put the mixture on a piece of seaweed or fresh lettuce, a loaf of bread.

    1. I was seeking translation and was hoping this is it. I also saw pictures of fish with this name. Something like sardine, but I thought it is a bit different. I am sure, you can use sardine.
