Beet cutlets with flaxseed flour

Beet 1 pc.
Flaxseed flour 1.5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil to taste
Semolina 100 g.
Greens to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Grate the beets.
  2. Simmer the beets in a frying pan in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add flaxseed flour, herbs, and salt to the finished beets. Mix well.
  4. Form cutlets from the finished dough. Dip in semolina. Bake in the oven on a rug or parchment paper for 20 minutes.
  5. Cool the finished cutlets.
