Lean kebabs made from beans, mushrooms, and green peas

Red beans 200 g.
Green peas 200 g.
Champignons 200 g.
Sesame seeds 10 g.
Olive oil 10 g.
Onion 50 g.
Garlic 50 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil beans and peas until tender.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Fry mushrooms with onions in olive oil.
  4. Pre-boiled beans, peas, and fried mushrooms with onions twist in a meat grinder.
  5. Chop the garlic finely and add to the minced meat.
  6. Pour sesame seeds into a plate. Blind the resulting minced meat into oblong kebabs and dip them in sesame seeds on all sides.
  7. Fry kebabs in olive oil on all sides until golden brown. Approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
