Simple egg salad for dinner

Ingredients:

2 eggs

green onion

parsley

sour cream (about 2 tbsp.)

salt and black pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the eggs.
  2. Wash greens and chop them.
  3. When eggs cooled down, cut them into cubes and add to the greens.
  4. Add sour cream, salt, and pepper. Sometimes I add canned corn. Salad is ready!
