Pasta with avocado sauce

Ingredients:

Avocado 170 g.
Olive oil 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tooth.
Basil 15 g.
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Cherry tomatoes 50 g.
Cheese 20 g.
Egg noodles 300 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Put the pasta to cook (al dente). While the pasta is cooking, add the peeled garlic to the blender bowl. Add avocado to it.
  2. Add dried or fresh basil.
  3. Pour in lemon juice and olive oil.
  4. Beat everything thoroughly so that there are small grains.
  5. As the pasta is cooked, discard it in a colander and let the water drain. Transfer to a saucepan.
  6. Transfer the avocado sauce to a more suitable container.
  7. Put the pasta on a plate, add finely grated cheese on top. Add chopped cherry tomatoes to them. Add some of the sauce. You can mix immediately. The dish is ready.

  1. I have made this before. The only difference was that I roasted the garlic, then mashed it with the avocado, lemon and olive oil. Kind of a twist on pasta agli olio. Excellent!
