Ingredients:

Avocado 240 g.
Hard cheese 40 g.
Garlic 15 g.
Ground black pepper 3 g.

Cooking method:

  1. The avocado should be ripe, that is, completely soft. Peel the avocado and mash in a puree with a fork or blender.
  2. Pass the garlic through a press. Mix with avocado.
  3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Mix everything thoroughly and add spices.
  4. Transfer the spread to a plate. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Spread it on a toast!
