Vegetarian cheese salad

Tofu 100 g.
Oyster mushrooms 100 g.
Avocado 100 g.
Fresh cucumber 100 g.
Bell pepper 100 g.
Olive oil 10 g.
Salt to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. To prepare the salad, take oyster mushrooms, Tofu cheese, avocado, bell pepper, fresh cucumber, olive oil.
  2. Chop the oyster mushrooms and fry in olive oil until tender.
  3. Wash the pepper under running water and cut into strips. Pour into a deep bowl.
  4. Cut the cucumber into strips and add to the pepper.
  5. Cut the cheese into cubes, you can lightly fry. Pour into the salad.
  6. Pour ready and cooled oyster mushrooms into the rest of the ingredients.
  7. Salt the salad and add half a tablespoon of olive oil. Stir gently and serve.
