Flax seeds 40 g.
Sesame flour 15 g.
Tomato 80 g.
Salt 2 g.
Spices ½ g.

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. Make cuts in tomatoes and put them in boiling water for 5 seconds.
  3. Peel the tomatoes, chop, and place them in a blender.
  4. Grind the tomatoes in a blender until pureed.
  5. Grind flax in a coffee grinder.
  6. Combine flax, sesame flour, and tomato in a bowl. Leave in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
  7. Add your favorite spices and salt and stir.
  8. Spread the mixture on a silicone mat and smooth. Bake in the oven at 70-80 degrees for 1-2 hours until dry.
  9. Cut into rectangles and the chips are ready.
