Cake “Napoleon” in a glass

Flatbread (pita) 100 g.
Egg 1 pc.
Corn starch 13 g.
Milk 200 ml.
Strawberry 30 g.
Stevia 2 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare all the required ingredients.
  2. Cut the pita bread into squares and fry in a dry frying pan until dry. To be crispy.
  3. Chop the pita bread into cups.
  4. Combine milk, egg, 1 g of stevia, and 10 g of cornstarch in a saucepan. Send to simmer.
  5. Bring the cream until thick and let cool slightly.
  6. Chop strawberries, add remaining stevia, and 3g cornstarch. Also, bring the cream over low heat until thickened.
  7. Put a layer of cream on top of the pita bread.
  8. A little strawberry layer on it.
  9. And so continue until all the ingredients run out. 10. Put in the refrigerator for 6 hours to soak the napoleon well.
    Napoleon is ready in a glass.
