Cherry marmalade

We need:

Cherry 500 g
Any nut 15 g
Gelatin 30 g
Sugar or another sweetener to taste
Powdered sugar for bedding

Cooking method:

  1. Blend the cherries and place them over low heat. Boil for 20 minutes
    Remove from heat and pour dry jelly into the cherries. We mix. Let stand for about 10 minutes
  2. Dry the nuts in a pan.
  3. Cover the curing form with foil, send it with powdered sugar
  4. Pour cherries into a mold and sprinkle with nuts. We send to freeze. For 2 hours.
