Cherry 500 g
Any nut 15 g
Gelatin 30 g
Sugar or other sweetener to taste
Powdered sugar for bedding
- Blend the cherries and place over low heat. Boil for 20 minutes
Remove from heat and pour dry jelly into the cherries. We mix. Let stand for about 10 minutes
- Dry the nuts in a pan.
- Cover the curing form with foil, send it with powdered sugar
- Pour cherries into a mold and sprinkle with nuts. We send to freeze. For 2 hours.
