500 g zucchini
0.5 tsp salt
- Prepare all ingredients. If the zucchini is young, then you need not peel it.
- Cut the zucchini into thin strips with a peeler and place in a deep bowl. Season with salt, stir, and leave for 30 minutes to let the zucchini juice.
- Prepare the marinade. Pass the garlic through a press, mix with vegetable oil, honey, vinegar, pepper, and finely chopped herbs.
- After 30 minutes, drain the resulting liquid from the zucchini, wring it out with your hands. Pour marinade over, stir.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. During this time, you can stir a couple of times.
