Baked Bell Pepper Salad with Nuts and Garlic

We need:

500 g sweet pepper
100 g shelled walnuts
20 g garlic
1 tsp lemon juice (apple cider vinegar)
50 ml olive oil
sugar, salt, pepper to taste
greens

Cooking method:

  1. Bake the pepper in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn over and another 15 minutes. Dark marks should appear on the pepper.
  2. Remove seeds and skins from pepper and cut into strips.
  3. Chop the nuts in a way convenient for you. I put them in a bag and roll them with a rolling pin.
  4. Combine nuts, minced garlic, salt, sugar, black pepper, lemon juice, and vegetable oil.
  5. Combine the baked pepper with the mixture.
  6. Add finely chopped greens, stir and serve.
