Zucchini in cheese breading

We need:

300 g zucchini (squash)
40 g parmesan cheese
1 tbsp whole grain flour
1-2 eggs
salt pepper

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare flour and grated cheese.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the squash (zucchini) into cubes.

If the zucchini are no longer young, then it is better to peel them.

  1. Dip each block in a beaten egg.
  2. Then roll in flour and cheese mixture.
  3. Grease a dish or baking sheet with vegetable oil. Arrange the squash cubes in one layer.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the squash is soft and golden brown.
  5. Cheese-breaded squash can be eaten both hot and cold.
