Potato chips in the microwave

Many people love potato chips, but everyone knows how store-bought chips are not useful and even harmful. I suggest making potato chips at home in the microwave. With a minimum investment of time and products, an excellent result is obtained, and using various spices, you can prepare potato chips for every taste.

potatoes – 1-2 pcs.;
olive oil;
sea ​​salt;
paprika (or other spices or herbs).

Cooking steps:
1. Cut the potatoes as thin as possible (with a vegetable peeler or a food processor).
2. Cover a microwave plate with baking paper, grease with olive oil.
3. Put the potatoes on the paper in one layer.
4. Sprinkle with salt (preferably sea coarse) and your favorite spices. I did it today with regular paprika.
5. Microwave the homemade potato chips at full power, first for 3 minutes, then gradually increase as they cook. It took me a total of 8 minutes.
6. Delicious, crispy potato chips are ready.

    1. I think chips in general need to eat seldom. Never tried to cook it in hot air fryer, I am sure will be good, just depends if you have to add more ingredients

  1. What a great idea. I love potatoes but I don’t eat store-bought chips or “fries.” I make my own chips (mostly sweet potatoes) in a regular oven with olive or avocado oil and seasoning which is pretty good… but takes longer… I’ll have to try this method next time!
