Lemon Bun


sour cream 15% 60 g
egg 1
sugar 15 g
corn flour 40 g
whole-grain wheat flour 110 g and 10 g for adding
lemon 100 g
honey 20 g
baking soda 0.5 tsp

Mix the egg with sour cream and sugar, add soda and flour. Knead the dough, it turns out a soft dough. Immediately pour flour on the parchment and roll out the circle. Cut the lemon into thin circles and put on the dough, I turned a little edge like a raid. Pour lemon with honey. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-23 minutes.
