Daikon salad with cucumber, egg and cheese

Ingredients:
daikon
fresh cucumber
2 pcs egg
cheese
salt, spices
sour cream

Cooking method:

  1. Grate daikon and cucumber on a coarse grater.
  2. Grate the cheese.
  3. Grate the eggs. Add ground pepper, salt with herbs, dried basil.
  4. Stir with mayonnaise or sour cream.
