Burger buns

Ingredients (for 2 pcs.):

natural yogurt 3-4% 70 gr
wheat bran 0.5 tbsp
whole wheat flour 70 gr
one egg
salt, baking soda 1 tsp
poppy for adding

Cooking method:

  1. Mix yogurt with bran and baking soda. Let stand for a few minutes, then add flour, salt, egg.

2. Knead the dough. It is very soft and sticky.

3. With wet hands, we form two buns and remove the bake at 180 gr for 15 minutes.

4. As the filling, you can use cutlets, boiled chicken, vegetables, and so on.

Per 1 bun :199 kcal/ 8.8 proteins / 4.3 fats / 26.4 carbs
