- In a big bowl mix turkey, egg, finely chopped onion, and grated carrot.
- Add Gluten-free Panko bread crumbs, spices. Mix it well.
- Sculpt balls or rounds, roll in the rest of the bread crumbs, put on the greased baking sheet.
