Ground turkey- 500 g
Gluten free Panko bread crumbs- 2 tbsp
Carrot- 1 pc.
Onion – 1 medium
Egg- 1 pc.
- In a big bowl mix turkey, egg, finely chopped onion and grated carrot.
- Add Gluten free Panko bread crumbs, spices. Mix it well.
- Sculpt balls or rounds, roll in the rest of bread crumbs, put on the greased baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 30 minutes, sometimes need more time, check the readyness.
