Turkey bites

Turkey bites, which we all love

Ingredients:

Ground turkey- 500 g
Gluten-free panko bread crumbs- 2 tbsp
Carrot– 1 pc.
Onion – 1 medium
Egg– 1 pc.
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Cooking method:

  1. In a big bowl mix turkey, egg, finely chopped onion, and grated carrot.
  2. Add Gluten-free Panko bread crumbs, spices. Mix it well.
  3. Sculpt balls or rounds, roll in the rest of the bread crumbs, put on the greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 30 minutes, sometimes need more time, check the readiness.
