
Ingredients:
Any frozen berries (I had blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
Milk (I usually prefer using yogurt, more creamy, but I had milk)
Stevia or maple syrup
Cooking method:
- Put all ingredients into the blender. Blend well, until smooth.
- Put into the popsicle molds and freeze.
