Healthy Ice pops

Any frozen berries (I had blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)

Milk (I usually prefer using yogurt, more creamy, but I had milk)

Stevia or maple syrup

Cooking method:

  1. Put all ingredients into the blender. Blend well, until smooth.
  2. Put into the popsicle molds and freeze.
