8 унций зеленых бобов

4 унции нарезанных грибов (без стеблей)

2 ч.л. свежего лимонного сока

Способ приготовления:

1. Заполните среднюю кастрюлю на три четверти водой. Довести до кипения, накрыть крышкой, на сильном огне. Приготовьте зеленую фасоль не накрывая в течение 5 минут или до готовности хрустящей корочки. Хорошо слить воду в дуршлаг.
2. Тем временем, в неглубокой сковороде, разогрейте масло на среднем огне, чтобы покрыть дно. Готовьте грибы, лук, чеснок и соль в течение 5 минут или до тех пор, пока грибы не станут мягкими и слегка обжаренными, часто помешивая. Добавьте лимонный сок, перец и приготовленные зеленые бобы.
