
Ingredients:
500 gr of red fish with skin
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
Lime
2 cloves of garlic

Pepper
Cooking method:
Mix chopped garlic clove with honey, lime juice, mustard, soy sauce, pepper. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly. Put the fish on a baking sheet, pour the sauce. Bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with vegetables.

sounds good, I make a similar marinade using cilantro instead of the soy sauce and mustard (just cilantro, garlic, lime) I buy chicken breasts in large packages, then divide into portion sized freezer bags and add marinade. Then freeze like that, great time saver!
