Honey Lime Marinade


500 gr of red fish with skin
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic

2 tsp Dijon mustard

Cooking method:

Mix chopped garlic clove with honey, lime juice, mustard, soy sauce, pepper. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly. Put the fish on a baking sheet, pour the sauce. Bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with vegetables.
