Cucumber – 30 g
Red pepper – 30 g

Butter 82.5% – 5 g
Garlic – 10 g (2 teaspoons)

Sea salt – 2 g (2 pinches)
Ground black pepper – 2 g (2 pinches)
Fresh thyme – 2 g

Cooking method:
