Dietary Truffles with Sea Salt

cashew nuts – 35 g
almonds – 30 g
dates – 4 pcs.
fat-free cocoa powder – 6 tbsp. (no slide)
salt – 1/2 tsp (sea, pink, Himalayan)

Cooking method:

  1. Grind nuts in a blender to an almost viscous mass.
  2. Pour dates, cocoa, and sea salt, continue to grind to a homogeneous consistency.
  3. Then we roll from the mass of balls, it turns out 10 pieces d-4 cm.
  4. Put in the refrigerator for an hour. That’s all!
  5. Now we take out the truffles of proper nutrition from the refrigerator and enjoy the amazing taste. Treat yourself and your loved ones. Bon Appetit!!!

  1. These are so tempting and irresistible! I’m sure if I had a bowl of those in front of me I couldn’t just eat one!!!
    Thank you for this great idea but now I wish I had them right now! I will have to try making these; that is my only solution, yes!
