Ingredients:
Vegan natural protein – 2 tbsp. (or pea flour)
baking powder – 1/4 tsp
coconut flour – 1.5 tbsp.
psyllium – 1/4 tsp
egg – 1 pc.
water – 2 tbsp.
cauliflower – 100 g (grated)
salt – 1 g (I use Himalayan pink)
oregano – 1 g (to taste)
onion – 5 g (dried green – 1 tsp)
Cooking method:
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Roll up two balls.
- Put them on a silicone mat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes. Bon Appetit!
