Dietary cauliflower pancakes with blueberries

Ingredients:
cauliflower – 100 g (or 3 tbsp. cauliflower puree, you can use baby food)
casein – 15 g
coconut flour – 10 g
chicken egg – 1 pc.
egg white – 2 pcs.
psyllium – 1/4 tsp
blueberries – 2 tbsp. (fresh)
baking powder – 1/2 tsp
stevia (sugar substitute) – 1/8 tsp
natural yogurt 2.5% – 4 tbsp. l (+ 1/2 tsp natural erythritis)

Cooking method:

  1. Boil cauliflower.
  2. Blender mix all the ingredients except berries and yogurt.
  3. Berries are added to the blender last.
  4. Spread 1 tbsp. dough for a non-stick pan, bake under the lid over medium heat on one side, then on the other – for 3-4 minutes.
  5. That’s it! Serve with yogurt sauce and sweetener. Bon Appetit!
