Ingredients:
cottage cheese 0% – 100 g (creamy, in a pack)
psyllium – 1/2 tsp
water – 2 tbsp.
egg white – 1 pc.
coconut flour – 2 tbsp.
oat bran – 6 tbsp. (ground in flour, you can take 8 tablespoons of absolutely any flour)
erythritol / erythritol – 1 tbsp. (+ 1 tablespoon of such coconut sugar for sprinkling)
stevia in drops – 1/6 tsp (or sweetener to taste)
baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Cooking method:
- Psillium mix with water and wait a couple of minutes.
- Mix cottage cheese, protein, psyllium and stevia.
- Add flour, knead the dough, roll it 4 mm thick.
- Sprinkle the surface as desired with coconut sugar or erythritol.
- Twist from two sides to the center with rolls, cut into cookies.
- Bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes. That’s all! Bon Appetit!
