Curd “Snails” with pudding and cherry

Ingredients
Сottage cheese 1.8-2% – 200 g (in a paper bundle)
Whipped flour – 100 g (you can replace with any other healthy flour to your liking)
Green buckwheat flour – 80 g (or replace with any other healthy flour to your liking)
Casein – 50 g (for example, vanilla)
Psyllium – 2 tsp
Water – 70 ml. (or 100 ml., depends on moisture and fat content of cottage cheese)
Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
Cherry – 150 g (can be frozen)
Erythritol – 1/2 tsp ( + 1-2 g of stevia or add a sweetener to taste)
Milk 0.5% fat – 300 ml. (+ 1 bag of vanilla pudding)

  1. Mix cottage cheese, flour, casein, psyllium, water and olive oil. Wait a few minutes for the dough to set.
  2. Roll it on a silicone mat, silicone rolling pin
  3. Ready the pudding: mix a bag of pudding with 50 ml of milk and a sweetener, bring the rest of the milk to a boil, introduce the pudding mass into it, stir until thick and cool a little. (Check the instructions on the package and follow them)
  4. Put the pudding and cherry on a layer of dough
  5. Roll, roll into buns
  6. Put in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 200C for about 30-40 minutes
  7. Sprinkle the finished buns with skimmed milk powder and pour over the remaining pudding
