Diet tartlets

Ingredients (for tartlets):
oatmeal – 100 g
whole-grain flour – 30 g
maple syrup or agave syrup – to taste
coconut oil – 25 g
cinnamon – a pinch
salt – a pinch

For filling:
Greek yogurt — 1 jar
berries (or fruits) —to taste
Cooking method:
Grind oatmeal in a blender, keeping its texture.
Pour oatmeal into a bowl.
Add flour, melted coconut oil, agave/maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
Put the dough in small silicone tartlet molds, carefully pressing it to the edges with the back of the spoon.
Bake in a preheated oven to 160С for 15-20 minutes.
Put a little yogurt and berries/fruits in the completely cooled tartlets.
