Ingredients:
Egg yolks – 2 pcs.
Sweetener
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Milk 1% – 120 ml
Apples – 2 pcs.
Pear – 1 pc.
Rice flour – 80 g
Oatmeal – 100g
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Vanilla – to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Salt – not at the tip of a knife
- Beat the yolks with sweetener. Instead, add butter, milk, a pinch of salt, sifted flour, and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth, without lumps. Pour the dough into a baking dish covered with baking parchment greased with olive oil (I have 20 cm in diameter).
2. Peel the apples and pear, remove the core, cut into quarters, and then into small slices. Put slices of apples and pears vertically in the dough, immersing them a little in the dough, tightly-tightly, each slice to each other. Sprinkle with vanilla and cinnamon. Put our cake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
3. You can eat both warm and cooled.
Interesting fact:
In terms of folic acid content, pear surpasses even blackcurrant.
THAT looks so yummy. I think I am going to need to find some time very soon to try it out. Thanks for sharing great stuff!
