N – takes an active part in the metabolism, in the formation of enzymes, and protects against skin diseases.

K – necessary for blood coagulation and well strengthens bones.

In combination with vitamins, minerals must also enter the body. It is together that they help strengthen the human immune activity and regulate its activity.

Strengthening immunity folk remedies

Traditional remedies have proven themselves with an increase in the body’s immune resistance.

Vitamin tea

To prepare the drink, you need dry leaves of St. John’s wort, hawthorn, and strawberries. Everything is carefully crushed. In a glass, add 1 tsp. dry the mixture and pour boiling water. We insist on 2 minutes and drink warm.

Rosehip broth

A tablespoon of rose hips must be filled with a glass of boiling water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Allow cooling of the broth. Take 0.5 cups once a day.

Raspberry fruit drink

20 g of well-dried raspberries, pour 200 ml of hot water, and boil for 10 minutes. After the broth has cooled, take one glass several times a day.

Ginger Blend

For cooking, you need two lemons, which must be passed through a meat grinder along with the zest. Add a kilogram of honey. Take a tablespoon of the mixture three times a day.
