Cottage cheese buns

Ingredients:
Cottage cheese- 300 g
1 egg
Rice flour- 85 g
Baking powder- 2 g

Baking soda- 1 g
Stevia
Black current or any other berries, fruits.

1. Mix 200 g of cottage cheese, egg, rice flour, baking soda, baking powder and stevia.
2. Make the balls, put on baking rug and press with the cup the center.
3. Mix the rest of cottage cheese with stevia. Put it into the center of the buns.
4. Decorate with berries or fruits.
5. Bake in preheat oven at 180 C 30 minutes.
