Cottage cheese buns

Cottage cheese- 300 g
1 egg
Rice flour- 85 g
Baking powder- 2 g

Baking soda- 1 g
Black current or any other berries, fruits.

1. Mix 200 g of cottage cheese, egg, rice flour, baking soda, baking powder, and stevia.
2. Make the balls, put them on a baking rug, and press with the cup the center.
3. Mix the rest of the cottage cheese with stevia. Put it into the center of the buns.
4. Decorate with berries or fruits.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.
