Cold flat corn bread with cottage cheese

Ingredients:
500 g of cottage cheese
2 pieces of corn flat bread
4 eggs
2 tbsp.of cornstarch
2 tbsp.of rice flour
40 g of walnuts

100 g of prunes
Rome extract
2 tbsp.of sour cream
2 tbsp of buckwheat milk
Stevia

1. Mix cottage cheese, 3 eggs, cornstarch, rice flour, Rome extract and stevia with blender.
2. Add nuts and prunes.
3. Spread the mass on the flat corn bread and roll it into the snail.
4. Put it into the glass form or another what you have. Do not forget to lubricate the form with oil.
5. Mix sour cream, milk, 1 egg and stevia in the bowl. Pour on the top of the snail the liquid. If you want you can sprinkle the nuts or sesame seeds, or coconut chips on the top.
6. Bake in preheat oven at 180 C about 30-40 minutes.
7. After, let it cool, put into the fridge and next day it is ready. Eat it cold)
