Chocolate Muffins with flaxseed flour

For muffins we need:

125 g whole wheat flour

40 g of cocoa powder (NOT instant)

1 egg

50 ml of vegetable oil

50 grams of flax flour

 stevia ( I put 2 tsp)

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

235 ml of milk

You can add to the dough chocolate drops or chopped chocolate.

So, whisk the egg, milk, and butter with a whisk. Separately mix dry ingredients: flour, flax and wheat, stevia, cocoa, soda, and baking powder. Combine the dry mixture with the liquid and mix until smooth. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
