1 medium onion

5 tablespoons of oat bran. You can use oat and wheat bran.

1 chicken egg

100 ml low-fat milk. In this case, we will use milk 1.5% fat.

Salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, you can add other favorite spices.

1 ripe banana
