Oatmeal: recipes for beauty

Oatmeal is the real “scrub” for the digestive system. Regular and constant use of oatmeal will saturate the body with useful microelements, fill the body with strength and energy, B vitamins, and normalize digestion. After using the beauty salad, the skin shines with health from the inside, the excess weight disappears, the body cleanses from the slags and toxins and becomes light. And this means that a good mood and a feeling of ease during the day are guaranteed.

A salad is used for breakfast.

Desired components of beauty salad:

oat flakes,
flax seed
sesame seeds
pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
fruits, vegetables
Classic recipe
5 tablespoons oat flakes
5 tablespoons water
5 tablespoons milk
1-2 tablespoons honey
4-5 walnuts
1 tablespoon raisins
Oven from the evening to pour cold boiled water, and in the morning add all other ingredients, stir and enjoy.

“French” beauty salad
2 tablespoons oat flakes
6 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons milk
1 tsp honey
1 large apple
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Soak oatmeal in the water for the evening and leave it to swell. In the morning, grate the apple on a large grater, add other ingredients, mix and enjoy.

Cleopatra Salad
2 tablespoons oat flakes
2 tablespoons cool boiling water
2 tablespoons milk
1 tsp honey
2 walnuts
1 tablespoon raisins
1 apple
half a carrot.

Oatmeal pours boiling water, allow to stand 5-7 minutes under the hood. Add carrots and apple to the grate, add chopped nuts, raisins, stir and eat even warm. Very good!

Of course, you can come up with your own beauty salad recipe. For example, instead of nuts add forgiven wheat or chia seeds. Replace the usual milk with coconut, rice, soy or almond milk, or yogurt. And you can replace the milk with a spoon of sea buckthorn or linseed oil or ghee butter. Also, remember about bran, berries, fruits, dried fruit, and the world of spices: ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, cardamom, or cloves.
