Cottage cheese pancakes

Ingredients:
100 g of cottage cheese
100 g of kefir
60 g of rice flour

1 egg
1 tsp of lemon juice
Baking soda
Stevia

1. Mix all ingredients into the creamy mixture.
2. Fry on the preheated frying pan from both sides. If you need it, use the butter for frying.
3. Decorate how you want.
