Date caramel

Ingredients
Dates (seedless) 160 g
Water (boiling water) 3-4 tbsp.
Salt 1 pinch

Fill the dates with warm water and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain, put dates into a blender and grind to form a paste. Add boiling water and continue to beat.
If the consistency is too thick, add some more water. But do not overdo it, otherwise the caramel will turn out too liquid.
Add a pinch of salt to taste.
Pour the caramel into the jar. It can be stored for more than two weeks.
