Barbecue sauce

Ingredients
Sauce (tomato) 200 g
Bow 1 pc.
Garlic 2 cloves

Honey 80g
Vinegar (balsamic) 50 ml
Oil (olive) 1 tbsp.
Mustard (Dijon) 2 tsp.
Pepper (chili powder) 2 tsp.
Pepper (cayenne pepper) 1 tsp.
Salt to taste

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add chopped onion and simmer for about 5 minutes, until soft. Then add the minced garlic and cook another minute.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  3. Cool the sauce at room temperature, then place in a sealed container or jar and store in the refrigerator.
