Ingredients
Sauce (tomato) 200 g
Bow 1 pc.
Garlic 2 cloves
Honey 80g
Vinegar (balsamic) 50 ml
Oil (olive) 1 tbsp.
Mustard (Dijon) 2 tsp.
Pepper (chili powder) 2 tsp.
Pepper (cayenne pepper) 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add chopped onion and simmer for about 5 minutes, until soft. Then add the minced garlic and cook another minute.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Cool the sauce at room temperature, then place in a sealed container or jar and store in the refrigerator.
