400 g strawberries
250 g blueberries
115 g of coconut sugar or stevia
2 tbsp. cornstarch
For crumbs:
170 g whole wheat flour
60 g hazelnuts
120 g butter
60 g of coconut sugar or you can use stevia
1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Wash berries, dry. Remove bones from a cherry. Mix berries with sugar and starch. Put in a baking dish.
2. Place the flour and hazelnut in a food processor. Hack to small crumbs. Add chopped butter into small pieces, continue to chop in a pulsed mode until the mixture begins to resemble bread crumbs. Add sugar and mix.
3. Sprinkle fruit with crumbs, press down with a spatula. Put in preheated to 200 ° C oven for 25 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 190 ° C. Cook another 15 min. Serve hot or warm.
