Cabbage in Peanut Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/2 head of young cabbage (weighing about 700-800 g)

3 tbsp.  ground almond

2 tbsp.  yellow seedless raisins

1 tbsp.  olive oil

25 g butter

salt

Heat oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating, add ground nuts. As soon as the nut flavor appears, add the raisins, mix. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes; The raisins should swell.

Then put chopped cabbage into a skillet and slightly crumpled, pour in some hot water (2-3 tablespoons). Stir, cover, cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly. The cabbage should remain slightly crispy. Ready salted cabbage, mix. Serve hot.
