Beans (Cannellini) 1 can
Lemon (lemon juice) 1 tsp.
Garlic 1 clove
Oil (olive) 4 tbsp.
Pepper (red) 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
- With this sauce, even snacks will be nourishing – all thanks to the beans, which contain a lot of proteins, carbohydrates, fiber and iron.
- Mix all the ingredients in blender, while adding olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Put the dip in a bowl, sprinkle with a little more oil and sprinkle with chopped red pepper.
