Lemon dip with white beans

Beans (Cannellini) 1 can

Lemon (lemon juice) 1 tsp.

Garlic 1 clove

Oil (olive) 4 tbsp. 

Pepper (red) 1 pinch

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Cooking method:

  1. With this sauce, even snacks will be nourishing – all thanks to the beans, which contain a lot of proteins, carbohydrates, fiber, and iron.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a blender, while adding olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Put the dip in a bowl, sprinkle with a little more oil and sprinkle with chopped red pepper.
