Dip with ricotta cheese and pistachios


Cheese (ricotta) 1/2 cup

Cheese (non-holder) 230 g

Sugar 1/2 cup

Oil (pistachio) 1 tsp.

Nuts (pistachios) 1 tbsp. 

Mix the cheese, sugar, and pistachio oil, and from above you can decorate with peeled pistachios.

To taste, the dip resembles a cheesecake and goes well with figs, strawberries, or other fruits that can be poured over with honey.
