
INGREDIENTS
2-3 sprigs of mint
1 orange
2 cups quinoa
200 g strawberries
2 tbsp. of honey
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
peanut butter
- Finely chop the leaves of 2-3 sprigs of mint, remove the zest from the orange and squeeze the juice. Thoroughly rinse and cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. Throw in a sieve, put in a bowl, sprinkle with peanut butter, orange juice, sprinkle with zest and mint, mix.
- Coarsely chop the strawberries. Heat in a frying pan with non-stick coating regular and vanilla extract with 1 tbsp. water. Once the honey has dissolved, put the strawberries in, quickly stir and remove from the heat. Let stand in the pan for 5 minutes.
- Mix the strawberries with quinoa and serve.
BTW
By the same technology, strawberries can be mixed with crumbly couscous, bulgur or millet.
