Peach soup with goat cheese

Peaches 4 pcs.

Cucumber 1 pc.

Pepper (yellow) 1/2 pcs.

Honey 2 tbsp.

Cheese (goat soft) 4 tbsp.

Vinegar (balsamic) 2 tbsp.

Oil (olive) 2 tbsp.

Bread (baguette) 1/2 cup

Cooking method:

In a blender, mix up mashed peach slices, cucumber slices, peppers with balsamic oil, butter, and honey.

Serve the soup with a spoonful of goat cheese and baguette slices.
