- Mix cottage cheese with 1 egg, grated mozzarella, and spices, salt.
- Cut tomato and greens into small pieces and add to the cheese mixture.
- Put the mixture with a thin layer on the flatbread, roll a bit, and closer to the end put the next piece of flatbread, put cheese, and roll again.
- I had 3 pieces of the flatbread, which you can use more or less.
