Roll with cottage cheese and tomato in flat corn bread.

Cottage cheese roll with tomato and greens

3 pieces of flat corn bread
500 g of cottage cheese
100 g of mozzarella cheese
Tomato
Dill
Parsley
2 eggs
Spices to taste
Salt

Mix cottage cheese with 1 egg, grated mozzarella and spices, salt.
Cut tomato and greens on small pieces and add to the cheese mixture.
Put the mixture with a thin layer on the flat bread, roll a bit and closer to the end put the next piece of flat bread, put cheese and roll again. 
I had 3 pieces of the flat bread, you can use more or less.
Lubricate the roll with second egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180 C, 15 minutes.
