Roll with cottage cheese and tomato in flat cornbread.

3 pieces of flat cornbread
500 g of cottage cheese
100 g of mozzarella cheese
Tomato
Dill
Parsley
2 eggs
Spices to taste
Salt

Cooking method:

  1. Mix cottage cheese with 1 egg, grated mozzarella, and spices, salt.
  2. Cut tomato and greens into small pieces and add to the cheese mixture.
  3. Put the mixture with a thin layer on the flatbread, roll a bit, and closer to the end put the next piece of flatbread, put cheese, and roll again. 
  4. I had 3 pieces of the flatbread, which you can use more or less.
  5. Lubricate the roll with a second egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake at 180 C, 15 minutes.
